Hi Team
here's a list of some web resources on Appreciative Inquiry:
http://appreciativeinquiry.case.edu/ This is Appreciative Inquiry Commons. It has many layers. Look at the menu bar just below the title, especially: Intro to AI, Practice & Management, and Learning Opportunities.

http://www.appreciative-inquiry.org/ This is a page from Philanthropic Quest International (http://www.lord.org/index.html) who works extensively with AI on philanthropic efforts. Follow some of the links.

http://www.managementhelp.org/commskls/appr_inq/appr_inq.htm This page has a good link list of other AI web pages.

http://www.gervasebushe.ca/aimeaning.htm This link leads to a paper on "Meaning Making in Teams:
Appreciative Inquiry with Pre-Identity and Post-Identity Groups" Quite interesting in terms of our discussion on internal versus external "stake holders".

There are hundreds more if you follow the links on these pages, but this is a very good start to understanding AI, and some pre-designed tools.
