"Not Perfect, But Wonderful”

"Not Perfect, But Wonderful”

will be the message for the Celebration Service with

Connie Munro, LUT

on Sunday, May 26, 2024.

The service will be LIVE In-Person* and on ZOOM™ @ 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time

“Not Perfect, But Wonderful” —    Evolving our Lives in Unity is the full title of the message being brought forward by LUT Connie Munro.

“For many of us, the life we live today is unrecognizable in comparison to our earlier years. That transition often has its origin in our exposure to traditional Unity teachings.   Let us share insights as to how Unity also informs and influences our spiritual growth by opening our understanding to a wide spectrum of spiritual teachers.

Diverse sources can feed our goal of evolving our lives in a positive way!”

Connie Munro became a Licensed Unity Teacher in 2010, while a member of Unity of Portland, Oregon. She is now a member of Unity in Bellingham, Washington, where she has lived for the past 11 years. Born and raised in Canada, Connie practiced law in Vancouver, BC, for more than 20 years.

Approaching 50 years of age Connie decided to take a one-year sabbatical, during which she began doing some personal growth work which led to her introduction to Unity of Vancouver. Inspired by the new version of her life journey that began unfolding, Connie addressed her lifelong intention to become a mother by traveling to China and adopting a 15-month-old baby girl. She has never returned to the conventional workforce.

When her daughter, Linnea, started primary school full time, Connie kept herself busy by completing an interfaith program, a Masters of Arts in Applied Theology at Marylhurst University, followed by her LUT coursework and training at Unity Village.

After the service, please join us in the commUnity room for food and fellowship.  All are welcome.
